We have clarity with how our building is progressing so far. With the revised timeline for opening the clinic, it is unfortunate that there has been a slight delay - it's understandable that there may be delays in construction projects, while it's also important to ensure that the clinic is fully equipped and ready before opening to the public and patients. 

The end of July is when we anticipate being able to furnish the clinic with all the necessary items, instruments, and décor with the opening date for business will be mid-August now. Although this pushes the timeline out slightly further, it's crucial to prioritize having a fully functional and well-prepared clinic for our patients and staff to manage your health and wellbeing. 

I understand that this may be inconvenient for those who have already sent in their registrations but please be assured that you will not be at a disadvantage, and your registrations will be processed prior to the opening date. Prioritizing your needs and ensuring a smooth transition prior to the opening date means ensuring that your information is accounted for and ready for when the clinic opens its doors, plus, ensuring the environment is not only functional for you all but also for the clinic itself.

Communicating and making the effort to keeping everyone informed about the progress is also a significant factor to ensuring you are being respected.
