As one of the fastest-growing healthcare providers in the Horowhenua region, we are building a modern multidisciplinary model of care that combines traditional general practice with advanced nursing, allied health, acute care services, and emerging healthcare roles to better meet the needs of our population.

Opportunities Available:
General Practitioners (GPs)
Join a supportive clinical environment where you can focus on delivering high-quality care while working alongside a multidisciplinary team.
You will:
Provide comprehensive primary healthcare services.
Support preventative health and chronic disease management.
Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners, Physician Associates, nurses, pharmacists, and allied health providers.
Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
Nurse Practitioners (NPs)
We recognise the vital role Nurse Practitioners play in delivering modern primary healthcare.
You will:
Manage acute and long-term conditions autonomously.
Lead innovative models of patient care.
Support preventative and population health initiatives.
Work collaboratively within an integrated healthcare team.
Physician Associates (PAs)
Physician Associates represent an exciting opportunity to strengthen primary healthcare workforce capacity and improve patient access.
Working alongside our medical and nursing teams, Physician Associates will:
Assess and manage patients within an agreed scope of practice.
Support acute and chronic care delivery.
Assist with minor procedures and clinical reviews.
Enhance patient access while maintaining high standards of care.
Emergency Care Practitioners (ECPs)
As we continue to expand our acute and urgent care services, we welcome expressions of interest from experienced Emergency Care Practitioners.
You will:
Assess and manage acute presentations in the community setting.
Support same-day access and urgent care pathways.
Work collaboratively with primary care clinicians to reduce unnecessary hospital presentations.
Help develop innovative models of community-based urgent care.

Registration Requirements
General Practitioners
Eligible for registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand.
Hold a current Annual Practising Certificate.
Nurse Practitioners
Registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand.
Hold a current Annual Practising Certificate.
Physician Associates
Hold recognised Physician Associate qualifications.
Meet current New Zealand regulatory and immigration requirements.
Emergency Care Practitioners
Relevant advanced emergency care qualifications and experience.
Current registration and practising certification where applicable.
